Kevin Palmer, Wistfully Longing (SINGLE SHOT 2024)

I think we can all recognise what might be going through her mind. We have all been there at some point. Imagining something, someone, somewhere as being part of us, if even for just the briefest of moments. That desire or wistful longing, wondering if then things could be better or different for us. For her maybe it was visions of movie scenes, picturing freedom as she happily cruised along . For me this attempt at street photography (not my genre at all), was about watching and looking for that story in an image. And so challenging myself as I dream of being that more complete photographer.
