Phil Scholes, Wanaka Tree at Sunrise (Single Shot 2018)

The most photographed tree in the world!!! And no wonder. The sunrise cast it's early morning beams onto the branches for no more than 30 seconds and I was fortunate enough to be prepared for such a memorable moment. The previous sunset had been overcast and raining which also provided some amazing images but this was definitely the cream. Shot with my new Canon 6DmkII with Canon EF70-200mm IS II USM Lens at 70mm 1/180sec F16 ISO 100.
