My teenage daughter Tara longed to know what it would be like to have short hair, and so shaved her head, raising funds for the World’s Greatest Shave to help support people facing cancer treatment and funding of cancer research. This journey saw the emergence of a more confident young woman feeling empowered with control over her own body.
