Robert Skidmore, Thru the lens the South Lights for Qld (SINGLE SHOT 2024)

After hearing of a powerful solar storm in the month of October 2024. I raced to Boonah and followed a dirt road 30 minutes to a mountainous area called Maroon. As time went by it finally happened and with the almost full moon lighting the foreground, The southern Lights for 45 minutes burned bright giving me not only an amazing show as it fought thru the cloud. But a show that really isn't seen in Queensland often.
