The Telstra Tower (Canberra, ACT) is an icon known to locals by many names, my favourite being "The Needle" - reminiscent of The Space Needle (Seattle) lived near Seattle for a large portion of my adult life. But to me, The Needle represents home. Where I grew up - Canberra. This photo was captured from the depths of the Australian Botanic Gardens on a beautiful, sunny yet crisp Winter day, 2025.
