Captured Locally, This Slow Shutter Vortex has been something I have been chasing for quite sometime. To actually score this one I was pretty happy. Takes a lot of commitment & Frustration to get these nice and clear. Water clarity plays a big part as well as the power in the ocean on the particular day.
