Timo Balk, Little Star (July Theme: Nature's Colours)

This small tree showed off its vibrant yellow colour in front of a gigantic "wall". The composition is simple - having the little tree in the centre of the frame with nothing else to distract from it. I deliberately underexposed the background so the bright colours of the tree stand out and are clearly separated from the rest of this scene.
