Lucca Amorim, Little Curious Eyes (Wildlife and Animal 2019)
These wildlife portraits were captured upon the first contact with each species. The first photo is a male Koala bear which awoke after a long nap only to find a group of strange creatures with cameras photographing him. The second is a portrait of an Echidna walking through the bush and sniffing possible threats and food sources. Echidnas are usually very shy and bury themselves upon contact with any other creature. However, sometimes they can be quite curious. The third picture is a Tammar Wallaby. Tammar Wallabies are very curious and will always be alert to their surroundings. This one, in particular, could not ignore the lens which was aimed towards him. The last photo is a portrait of a Male Kangaroo Island Kangaroo which was captured in an alert pose. These are also very curious and will often stare at strangers in their territory for a long time.
