Tom Joyner, Indigenous Faces of the Goldfields (People and Portrait 2018)

These are four different people from four small or remote communities across the sprawling Goldfields region in WA. While none of them know each other, each represent four different struggles particular to the area. From the police officer fighting domestic violence in Warkurna, to the woman and her grandson in Williamstown worried her home may one day be swallowed whole by the nearby gold mine.
