Karen McNally, Grizzly Bears of Great Bear Rainforest (ANIMAL & NATURE 2023)

Visiting remote estuaries of the Great Bear Rainforest in British Columbia, Canada, it was a privilege to spend time observing this female Grizzly Bear mum and her yearling cub. Foraging for clams under rocks and dining on lush sedge grass, they were always on the lookout for intruders to their territory. Images shot hand-held from small boat. An unforgettable adventure.
