In the picture, a barbet is bringing food for its chick. Basically, May - June is the breeding season for almost all birds. During this time, they build nests, hatch eggs, and hatch chicks. After this, a new chapter begins. From caring for the chick until it grows up, they all spend a very busy time. Sometimes the father and sometimes the mother bring food. Slowly the chick grows up.
