Merryl Kemp, fly off... land again... repeat (September theme: Things that fly)

The foreshores were covered in weed with a narrow strip of sand and every time a 4wd squeezed past in the sand, the resident ducks and seagulls, feeding in the seaweed, took flight, only to land again a minute later after the vehicle had passed, then do it all over again with each vehicle's passing.
