Inegbagha Dambo, Fluorescent Rainy Day (SINGLE SHOT 2024)

I took advantage of a candid opportunity to take a photo of a stranger (consent obtained afterwards), who was admiring the fluorescent lights on 29/06/24 and during the Lightscape Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria Show. They reported to the photographer that they loved the show so much that they went to visit it again with their family.
