We were spending the day in Newtown, a diverse, bohemian and colourful neighbourhood in Sydney as part of a Photo Rally organised by my camera club. We were given a brief that included several topics that needed to be captured on the day. This image was captured for ‘Through the Window’. I believe it captures the sense of fun and spontaneity which is the spirit of Newtown where anything goes and everyone is included.
