Darryl Crist, "Changing Light & Shade" (People and Portrait 2018)

I chose this series of changing light & shade to evoke emotions from each photograph that are somewhat confronting to some. Each photo has various elements of light and shade, not only in the studio lighting and it’s direction but also in each pose, the models look and the changing light & shade of each photograph. This series represents to me a sense of change that can be in all of us at some point in our lives.
