Kate Lionis, After The Fires (PEOPLE 2020)

A series of photographs illustrating our connection with the earth. We simultaneously derive our strength from the earth when we are connected and also be completely at it's mercy . This series connects the human devastation and hope we had during this time and our (for some) rediscovery of that connection we have to our planet.
