Amy Eveleigh, A slimy fellow (January theme: Abstract)

This shot is about finding beauty in the mundane, in the twilight in my back garden one night, I found a pale coloured snail looking quite striking, with it and the path taking on a purple hue. Many people find snails and handling insects in general disgusting, but I find them quite pleasant and full of natural beauty with their perfectly detailed little bodies.
