Jaana Nuutinen, 6000 feet up (June theme: The Great Outdoors)
Being scared of heights, a ride on The Banff Gondola was one fear that had to be overcome. I closed my eyes for nearly half of the trip, up. I had been given some good advice, " Just look through the camera lens on the way up, you'll be fine!", which ended up being my saving grace. I did make it up to Sulphur Mountain, with one quiet squeal, and the scenery was breathtaking with the majestic snow covered Rocky Mountains spanning as far as the eye could see, and the mini town of Banff 6000ft down below. This photo ended up having the perfect leading lines.
