Photography Life paid-for courses are now free

US-based tutorial site Photography Life has joined Nikon and a number of other sites in offering their education content for free.

The videos, which normally retail at $150USD, include an introduction to camera menu systems, photography basics, how to use your gear, and much more. According to the company's website, more will be added shortly.

"We spent many months filming our courses both indoors and in remote locations, in order to provide the best education we can possibly deliver to our readers," the website says.

"With the world dealing with possibly one of the worst health and economic crises the world has ever seen, we thought it would be a good idea to give away everything we got to our community. We hope that these courses will help our readers in getting solid photography content to learn from, for many years to come."

If you would like to watch the videos as they get released, you can subscribe to the Photography Life YouTube Channel.

The first video, shared below, is one of 16 available on foundations skills for photography.
