Australian Geographic Nature Photographer of the Year opens for entries

The 2022 edition of the Australian Geographic Nature Photographer of the Year competition has opened for entries. 

The competition, run in partnership with the South Australian Museum, seeks work captured in the ANZANG bioregion which is made up of Australia, New Zealand, Antarctica, and the New Guinea Region. The competition is open to photographers from all over the world. 

For 2022, three new categories have been added, Astrophotography, Animals in Nature and Urban Animals

As in previous years, the South Australian Museum will host the exhibition of all shortlisted finalists from 26 August – 30 October 2022. You can see last year's winners here.
