Think Tank has expanded its BackLight camera bag series with the new BackLight Long Lens backpack, purpose-built to carry large telephoto lenses like 600mm and 800mm primes, along with additional gear.

The backpack features a nine-point adjustable harness system that includes load lifters, a sternum strap, and a quick-fit waist belt, all designed for better weight distribution.

To enhance comfort during long carries, it also includes a 320g air mesh back panel with an air channel and lumbar support for improved ventilation.

Measuring 62.9 cm tall, 24.1 cm wide, and 21.6 cm deep, the bag offers an internal space of 57.8 x 21 x 20.3 cm and a total capacity of 32 litres.

This makes it roomy enough for long lenses with the tripod foot attached, and spacious enough to fit a gripped camera body, teleconverter, and lens adapter.

Access is via the rear panel, allowing gear retrieval without laying the bag down. Inside, you’ll find a customisable divider system, space for personal items, and room for a 13-inch tablet.

Additional features include tripod mounting points on the front and side, plus daisy chains on the shoulder straps and front panel for attaching trekking poles or other accessories.
