Marion Peters, Willies in Waiting (Wildlife and Animal 2019)

Anyone who has ever watched Willie Wagtails feed their new brood will know just how hard the parents work, and when the food arrives the feeding is all over in the blink of an eye. These young Willies, on their second day from the nest, groom and stretch their wings building strength in readiness to fly, while patiently waiting for their feeds.
