Nicola Poznanovich, What once was. (April theme: The beach)
Once, this path led to the sea — where footprints faded gently with the tide and dawn kissed the horizon in gold. Main Beach held our memories in sand and salt air, whispering stories only the morning knew. Now erased by Cyclone Alfred, it lingers only in light, in silence, in the hearts of those who remember what once was.
