Ron Miller, Walk this Way (January theme: Unusual Angles)

I had felt there was a photo opportunity with these carpark shade sails for quite some time. One night after rain, there was a large puddle of water which provided the perfect opportunity to capture an otherwise uninspiring item in a unique way. To capture the image, I rested my camera on the ground, right on the edge of the water. This angle was perfect to capture a large portion of the sails. I had done a B & W version, but the yellow colour of the Walk signs perfectly leads the eye through the image. Canon 6d ISO 100 @ 73mm 6 sec f13
