While countless spectators cleaved to the outer limits of the largest viewing platform in the Western hemisphere, the angular construction of reflective light coloured panels and shapes commanded attention to the mirrored receding and moody fall day moments before a Manhattan storm captured the city, dampening both the beholders and the beheld.
