Using the main wide lens on my Google Pixel 9 Pro XL, I shot from the very base of the limestone lighthouse to emphasize its immense scale and vertical thrust as it pierces the sky. The harsh morning sun created dramatic, high-contrast shadows across the chiselled stone blocks, giving the column a powerful tactile depth. This textured white monolith contrasts sharply against the completely flat, saturated blue negative space. Minimal post-processing was completed in Google Photos, relying on the native Ultra HDR to handle the intense contrast between the bright white stone and the deep blue gradient without losing fine detail, fulfilling a clean and powerful minimalist brief.
