Justine Gordon, the blue mountains (February theme: Great Outdoors)
I went for a bushwalk at Mt Hay in the blue mountains and felt like I could have been in the film "the sound of music", the landscape was so beautiful and you could see that everything was beginning to grow back after the devastation of the bushfires of last year. The ground was also full of bushire ephemerals also known as pink flannel flowers, the seeds of which only germinate after fire. I took this imagine on my leica Dlux at f10 with an iso of 120. I put the image through lightroom and adjusted the clarity and contrast.
