Ben Gray, Tawny Frogmouth (January theme: Unusual Angles)

To get this photo i first had to spot this amazing bird in it’s true colours (pretending to be part of a tree). I bet along the way of my walk I would have to walked past many but this capture was just amazing, the tawny frogmouth perched looking over me with its eyes wide open was a shot I couldn’t miss.
