Lyndell Daniel, Switzerland's James Bond (March Theme: Above)

To obtain this photo, I had hiked to the top of the Junfrau Joch, Switzerland, at an altitude of approximately 4000m. I used a Nikon D7200 camera with a Sigma 18-300 f/3.5-6.3 lens. Exposure was 1/400sec at f/10. Focal Length 82mm and ISO 100. I cropped the photo slightly in Lightroom and also performed white balance correction and minor exposure compensation. The difficult part was to capture the helicopter as it passed over the crevice in the snow whilst flying. This was also difficult as I had just made it to the top when I saw the helicopter flying towards the crevice, so it was a mad dash to get my camera out and shoot, whilst still trying to stop panting from the hike.
