Jess Carson, Sunrise in Andamooka (January theme: First light)

This photo was taken at first light in Andamooka, a small opal mining town in South Australia. We camped along the edge of Lake Torrens and woke in the morning to an orange sky silhouetted by small trees, desert shrubs and native animals.
