Benjamin Hams, Summers Drought (ENTRIES CLOSED - August theme: Weather)
At the height of an intense drought in South Australia, strong winds picked up the dry, loose soil and turned it into an enormous wall of dust. I captured this as the storm swept through Terowie, swallowing the landscape and serving as a stark reminder of just how unforgiving the Australian climate can be.
