Brody Gamble, Stars Over Sonder (CREATIVE 2023)

The Larapinta Trail is a 223km hike of epic proportions, ending with a climb up to the summit of Mount Sonder. I'd seen plenty of photos of Mt. Sonder, but none at night. With a vision in mind, I hiked up to the top of Hilltop Lookout and was blessed with clear skies and mountains covered in wildflowers. I captured this image by using two exposures from the same position - one at blue hour, and the other in the dead of night. A vision achieved and a very fond memory.
