Mike White, Southern Skies (Landscape 2019)

A selection of panoramic-style nightscape images capturing various views of the Milky Way galaxy in the dark winter skies for which New Zealand is well-known. Two images are from coastal locations in Canterbury and the others feature landscapes in the Aoraki Mount Cook National Park.

Images have been resized for web display, which may cause some loss of image quality. Note: Original high-resolution images are used for judging.
