Each new day as the sun rises is another day of hope, of life. The bliss of watching this alone in quiet reflection, along with the lovely colours - is what drives me to get up at dark to drive (often long distances) to be there in time to witness this spectacular event. It does not have to be the most glorious, vivid colours to be memorable. Soft, muted golds are soothing and allow you to enjoy the scenery.
