Rob Allard, Sled Dogs (LIGHT/SHADOW - Entries close 30 September 2026)

Taken sitting in front of three others on a dog sled when we rounded a corner and the sunlight comming through the trees highlighted the steam coming of the dogs. The picture was edited in Lightroom as a colour photo by adjusting highlight, shadows whites and blacks and then converted to black & white by removing the saturation. Taken with a Canon 5D MkIV, 24-105mm lens at 80mm, f/10, 1/6000 sec, ISO 400 and handheld.
