Talia Greis, Seal the Deal (October theme: Connections)

Like bullets flying through the air, the fur seals at Montague Island rarely take a moment's pause for analysis. Their nature is to be cheeky, lightening fast, and cunning. But this juvenile seal pup was incredibly intrigued by our presense, and in such a moment, I was able to grab a snap of what I believed to be an incredible connection. The eyes are so hypnotic, I can't help but relive the moment over and over again every time I see them.
