Vertical panorama self portrait. The vastness of the sky was overwhelming. As I stood looking to the sky, the milkyway was lighting up the ocean. The bioluminescence in the water would catch my eye and this tiny cloud drifted high overhead. Taken on a beach in Southern Tasmania at an hour most people are in bed, I stood there waiting for the camera to click. This anticipation grew as a big wave crashed and I knew I had something with this image. I feel privileged to live in such a beautiful part of the world.
