Sarah & Lucy Jenkins, Roy The Skater Boy (SINGLE SHOT 2022)

Roy is travelling around Australia with just a backpack and his beloved skateboard. He uses skating to unclutter his mind from the issues of the world, to keep fit and to live in the moment. This was from a series of shots taken on a netball court on a glorious day in Port Douglas in the tropical far north of Australia, and this was the very last frame capturing Roy’s kickflip manoeuvre. It celebrates his love for skateboarding.
