Sheridan Stroud, Rainbow Water (ABSTRACT - Entries closed)

Set in a darkened room, a CD was placed on a black surface and photographed from above. Water droplets and directional light from an iPhone torch were used to refract and disperse colour, allowing rainbow hues to intensify through the droplets. My macro photography's purpose is to explore new perspectives in an abstract manner, and viewing ordinary things in a new and unique way, revealing the extraordinary within the ordinary.
