Rob Geraghty, POWERFUL MEMORIES (Wildlife and Animal 2019)

Over recent years, I have been putting together portfolio collections of wildlife images representing the location and circumstances in a changing climate. This small selection encapsulates wild habitat and captive breeding program images. The Galapagos Giant Tortoises well represent not only present but past biodiversity changes, isolation and current steps for their survival. Their memories would be a powerful window and indicator of the past changes, along with the drought conditions of today as ocean flows change. A solid question of what is the future for them and us?
