Kathy Brown, Portrait of a Satin Bower Bird (SINGLE SHOT 2022)
This beautiful sleek and shiny male bower bird would accompany us at our campsite in the beautiful Gibraltar Range National Park NSW several times a day. He would sit in a close by tree and keep a good eye on what we were cooking. The bird looked stunning in the sunshine with his glossy blue feathers and pink and purple eye allowing me to capture him beautifully.
