Karen Thomson, Number 5, Fire! (SINGLE SHOT 2022)

Number 5 gun firing during the 96 Gun Salute to mark the Queen's Passing. Not long after this shot, the gun misfired and the blank cartridge became lodged in the breech. The gun didn't fire again for the rest of the ceremony.
