Hugh Benson, New Family (April theme: Family)

This is a photo of my mothers new husband. We are a close family and I am happy to announce that we all love this new member. John, pictured, decided the best way for us to bond as a new family was a trip... down the Zambezi river in a canoe. We avoided hippos and crocodiles for four days, saw elephants and spring bok and explored an amazing part of Africa. I took this portrait of him at Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe and I think it captures his fun loving nature in that cheeky smile.
