Peter Bolton, Nevermore (July theme: Eyes)
I was heading to the local pond to take some photos of the wildlife there. This Currawong was sitting in the tree, preening itself, and as I neared it froze and just stared at me. It had a cloak and dagger look to it, but it also reminded me of Edgar Allan Poe’s poem - Nevermore.
