Neil Bensley, Mystery Bay, NSW (April theme: Seascape)

The year is 2005, I was awoken from my camp site at Mystery Bay, just south of the coastal town of Narooma in NSW, by what sounded like waves crashing against the side of a boat, I got up to investigate. The sound was humpback whales gloriously breaching in the distance on their way north. I was up and could not let the moment and light be wasted. A beautiful morning and a beautiful experience etched in my mind forever.
