Theresa Lee, Moon Shadows (April Theme: Garden)

Seeing the two peoples' shadows encapsulated inside the circle of light created by the Moon Gate (hidden from this angle), in this traditional Chinese Garden is what inspired this image. Gardens bring people together, sharing in the wonder of their beauty and design. Here I experimented with an infrared B&W filter in post production. I love how the infrared filter softens the bamboo's foliage and adds a touch of the surreal. Location: Chinese Garden of Friendship, Darling Harbour, NSW.
