Using the 5x optical telephoto lens on my Google Pixel 9 Pro XL, I was able to compress the scene and isolate a pair of Galahs perched on a single power line. The composition relies on pure minimalist design mechanics: a stark, rigid diagonal line slicing through the frame to guide the eye, surrounded by a massive, uninterrupted canvas of electric blue sky. The harsh midday sun perfectly illuminated the soft pink and grey plumage of the birds, creating a striking contrast against the solid background. Minimal post-processing was completed in Google Photos, leaning on the native Ultra HDR to preserve the subtle feather textures while maintaining a flawless, distraction-free gradient across the empty space.
