Eszter Kocsik, Look Up (February theme: Unusual angles)
In our busy, rushing lives, how often do we stop for a second and look up to see what's around us? Walking around Sydney's streets in the sunset with my film camera, I noticed how all these birds just fly around between the tall buildings as they would rule the city. Then I look up and see how the light beautifully reflects from the perfect geometric shapes of the building. Then I wait. Wait to capture the perfect moment when in a fracture of a second, a bird enters the frame, combining the beauty of nature and the perfection of modern architecture.
