Trevor Duncan, Lake Matheson, New Zealand (January theme: Reflections)

I traveled to Fox Glacier in the hope of getting some images of the glacier but, due to adverse weather conditions we were unable to fly. Instead, we did a hike around Lake Matheson and I saw this image from the top of the lake looking back towards the mountains. Unfortunately the wind ruined any chance of a reflection so I returned just before sunset when I hoped the wind would have died down. Luckily this proved to be the case. Shot with a Sony A7ii through a Tamron 24-70 f/2.8 (cropped) at 1/60sec, f4.0 and ISO 500.
