Nigel Cowdery, Koala in the wild (April theme: Shoot a magazine cover)

Koalas are very shy creatures and hard to see in the wild. One morning, on a weekend away, I was extremely excited to see this Koala in a tree and he was more than happy to pose. Being a quintessential Australian marsupial I feel it fitting to be a front cover.
